The subsidiaries, Inter-Union Technohandel for Germany, Tegro AG for Switzerland, V.E. Kern Ges. m.b.H. for Austria and Intertec Polska Sp. for Poland, have several decades of experience in the marketing and distribution of DIY product lines. In close cooperation with the distribution partners, the European presence will be guaranteed following a uniform standard.

The affiliation with Schenker AG provides access to worldwide logistics resources.

Customer orientation

The Intertec subsidiaries are specialized for the supply of construction markets, discount stores, do-it-yourself markets and the specialized retailers. Intertec Retail Logistics GmbH makes the service portfolio also available to other manufacturers of non-food products. The success of the Intertec group is based on the joint identification and definition of customer needs and the implementation of suitable measures to achieve the objectives.
