All major dates starting with the founding of the company until today
| 1971 | Dr. Rolf Vogelsanger founds "Für Sie AG" (trading of car accessories and tools) in Schwerzenbach. |
| 1976 | The largest supplier of the company acquires 2/3 of the shares. (Stinnes is a German corporation with a focus on trade, traffic and logistics and is fully owned by Deutsche Bahn.) |
| 1981 | The portfolio is expanded to include ironmongery / fittings and the tool / car accessories segment is expanded. |
| 1986 | An office building and a warehouse are built in Schwerzenbach. |
| 1993 | Dr. Rolf Vogelsanger transfers another 23% of the shares to Stinnes AG and leaves the active general management of Tegro AG. |
| 2000 | The company receives the DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 certification. |
| 2004 | Another certification in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2000 is received. |
