| 1994 | Robert Zawada founds the company Zawada Investment Group International Trading Company (Abbreviation: ZIG ITC Sp. z o.o.) in Warsaw and supplies car accessories to wholesalers and self service retailers. |
| 1999 | Stinnes AG acquires the company and renames it Intertec Polska Sp. z o.o.The company relocates to a new building with central warehouse in Stora Wies, Nadarzyn. |
| 2000 | Start of the cooperation with supermarkets and hypermarkets. Intertec Polska is now one of the main suppliers for these sales outlets in the car and bicycle accessory segment in Poland. |
| 2002 | Certification of the company in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2000. |
