The apprentices learn different aspects of our business by being assigned during a two year period to all areas of our company. The apprentices assume responsibilities at an early stage for the handling of the operational day-to-day business. An integral part of the training is spent by accompanying field service persons and assignments in the central warehouse. In addition, the apprentice has the opportunity to participate in training projects.

The third training year is used for job orientation within the company and focused preparation for the final exam.

Training goals for the areas are defined and are diligently tracked.
